I'd remove any full names from those posts: I'd be pretty upset if I thought one of my colleagues had posted my full name on a public forum!Signature removed for peace of mind0

The wifes appeal was upheld, and the dismissal changed to a final written warning, she is reinstated on full pay up to today, thanks for all the help on here, I think because the company knew this would end up at a tribunal and knowing they had not followed correct procedure they have back tracked quicker than mr bolt on speed!0

dont suppose this can end up at a tribunal now, i still think the procedures were not followed, how to a look into this further? Appeal the final written warning? A Greivance?0

You have appealed against the severity of the punishment and this has been upheld. On what grounds are you considering a grievance?0
