Perhaps both. Being foreign would explain their evidently poor grasp of the English language, but not their attitude problem and/ or lack of understanding of how to use eBay. Buyers like this are the reason that sellers need to be able to leave non-positive feedback. Angelcake, did you definitely get a strike? Some very dodgy sellers work a scam where they do a mutual after a big sale to reclaim their FVFs..that sort of looks the same as a NPB but doesn't give you a strike..however you would have still had the right to a reply and could have prevented the mutual going through.

They have now been reported to Power Seller Support who are passing their details on to the deffamation (is that how you spell it) team. :T :T :T

I have also blocked them.

When leaving a neg you are asked a few questions I think - have you been in touch with seller. Have you requested contact details. Etc etc..

The buyer seems to actually boasting about it.
