I now have some BBQ pulled pork in my slow cooker that is going to be ready soon. The meat is a great price, so thanks for that.
A little tip for people. Once the meat is soft, put it in a kenwood, (if you are lucky enough to have one) and use the K paddle on it. This shreds it for you, no messy work and effort. I've tried it for the first time tonight and it's worked a treat. Just had to share. I have heard it works for any meat, for example chicken if you were making mexican quesadillas or something similar.Opinion on everything, knowledge of nothing.0
