I'm looking at a deal with Mobileshop, 10 months Free line rental. Are they good at paying cashback? Anyone know who they are?
ps, I have done a search on Google but I can't find if they are part of a large group.

they have been around for quite a while, and when I personally used them ages ago on Orange box and ready had no problems. I think they are still independent. Anyway here is a search about them and could ask there if you want if they are now part of say CPW for example. In fact mobileshop hovers there as well

Unfortunately everyone hates cashback hassle deals but they tend to be the best moneysavers. I did E2Save last year and found them a bit slow in coughing up as well. Have you thought about voucher cashback - that is just like sending them a check to claim your money back, it's a far easier way of getting your dosh back.
A bargain is something you don't need at a price you can't resist.

    Who operates such a scheme?

I'm really unsure if I should go for a contract deal or a PAYG ? I would like my wife to carry a mobile for purely contact reasons. She won't use the thing except for calling to say "I'm home in 30 mins" or for me to contact her. So won't use the 100/200 mins inc' per month. Should I just buy a PAYG for say £70 (must be a flip phone!) and forget about a contract.
I bought a contract phone from E2save.com and had a little problem with first 2 cashbacks but I am more than happy so far and I use all my 200 mins per month. Any advice?
