  • Is rockband any good? We've always been a guitar hero family! lol

I prefer the songs on rockband to the guitar hero 3. Also we seem to download loads for rockband. Also my bro is obsessed with his drums  its a great game but expensive for the drums etc etc

Afternoon :hello: I am currently surrounded by all the clothes I own, thinking about chucking the whole lot out!

Does anyone know (roughly) how much it costs to get shoes re-heeled?

Thanks for that Linda, I still havent started painting :o

We're stuck with the floor tiles, which are slate blue, and the wall tiles which are basically white with a blue mottle to them. The work surface is pale, but has tiny specks of blue, yellow pink etc

My kitchen units are currently mid blue, and the walls bright sunshine yellow, but I hate it all. The units have been painted before, and I was thinking of doing them again, but this time gloss white. I want to do the walls in a pale dusky pink, which I think would go well with the floor ;)

I only have a small kitchen, and it's noth facing so it's quite dark.

So it would basically be white units, dusky pink walls and dark blue floor. Sound OK

We had gross 'Waltons style' grey tiles in the kitchen with random pictures of fruit bowls and jugs every so often Total 1970's fest!

Bought some cream tile paint and it worked really well, brightened up the kitchen beyond belief.

OMG I was undecided enough, without thinking about blimmin tile paint

Cant do that till after dog's op anyway, but it's definitely something to think about :D

We'll still be stuck with the floor tiles and work surfaces though, so I think I'll go with white units and pink walls ;)

It's pretty good stuff too! very hard wearing and washable!
    Makes a HUGE difference!
You can even do the odd tile a different colour to the main ones as a feature!

I suggested to DH this morning that we could re-tile the kitchen. I wont tell you what his reply was, but it wasnt polite or positive :rotfl: :rotfl:

I'm trying to find out what colours the paint comes in ;)

I used tile paint in my old house donkeys years ago to cover up those 1970s 'vein' tiles - worked a treat.
