Unless there are any miraculous changes in my lifestyle before Christmas, I'll be doing my usual - not decorating the house at all, going to my parents (which is nice, don't get me wrong), briefly speaking to relatives that I only see once a year (can be awkward), and being glad once it's all over.

It's quite nice in some ways - I only have to buy presents for five people, and I don't have to cook/ entertain.. whilst everyone else is running around like mad. Sometimes it would be quite nice to have to do all that stuff though

A nice surprise
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

it'll show you a kitchen with your chosen colour schemes at day and night!
...Linda xx
Thanks for that Linda, I still havent started painting
We're stuck with the floor tiles, which are slate blue, and the wall tiles which are basically white with a blue mottle to them. The work surface is pale, but has tiny specks of blue, yellow pink etc
My kitchen units are currently mid blue, and the walls bright sunshine yellow, but I hate it all. The units have been painted before, and I was thinking of doing them again, but this time gloss white. I want to do the walls in a pale dusky pink, which I think would go well with the floor
I only have a small kitchen, and it's noth facing so it's quite dark.
So it would basically be white units, dusky pink walls and dark blue floor. Sound OK
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
