meh... know i said i wouldnt post here anymore but never needed you guys so much need somone to tell how upset i am and i dont have any real friends in "the real world" i could tell.... plus your the only people who would also understand my despair that sarahs gorgeous nursery (and numerous rooms around the house) are now packed to the ceiling with binbags and boxes and furniture...... so much so i cant even step into the nursery as its that full
Today is the day ive been dreading happening for over 12 months and it finally has.OH not being able to pay the mortgage on his old place and it being in too poor a state to sell has finally caught up with him and its being repossessed in an hour or so...
Weve spent the last few days clearing the last of all his stuff out.. and now its dawning on me that its happening and also that as the house was already in negative equity when we got it valued few months ago to sell it privately were now looking at being another 20k in debt by end of the day possibly... added to the 30k he/we already have.
Were not gonna be able to have our own place ever by the looks of it as we'll struggle to get another mortgage with high debts, a repossession and just his low wage coming in... and were gonna spend the next god knows how many years struggling to pay of all the debt..... most of which he amassed when he was with his ex.... i honestly wanna just sit in a corner and cry...
Sorry girls i feel a fraud for posting when i said i wouldnt post anymore.... but i was really desperate just for someone to tell and get it all out too..

DS1 is out ALL the time.. and the others are more than used to entertaining themselves and playing together they leave me alone if I say.. I need X amount of time to go do this job.. Plus a lot of it I do when they are in bed.. and 4 have been at summer club at church this week so I can emulsion half a room in that 2 hours.. 16ft square.. huge room... The gloss needs whizzing over today and the radiator needs undercoating and there is a bit of white needs patching... then I'm off out on a carpet hunt!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Johanne hugest hugs hun and welcome home, we are your friends and are always here for you
I can't help you re the debts but you sure are in the right place - there are real experts on here so when you are ready ask them for help - they will help.
You have spent 12 months dreading this day and yes it is now here but you nolonger need to dread it happening - it has and you will deal with it.
You will get the decluttering done, we will encourage you, but not today hun. Hug Sarah, hug her daddy and keep posting.
Sending you all the luck in the world xxThe birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Hi johanne
Sending you a huge hug - I dont know you but I am sure we dont mind you psoting - thats what we flyladies do - we support each other - have you thought of speaking to the CAB - they dont judge you and might be able to suggest a plan of action - i am sure some of the other ladies will be along with more useful replies but in the meantime keep the chin up and take it one step at a time - deal with today first.
Toots xxPeace will be mine
could do better - must try harder

Big Hugs johanne! I'm glad that you felt you could post on here after all. I've been offline for 2 days and was desperate to get on here and talk to my flying friends. The support on here is amazing, and I'm really glad that I found my way to this thread. Will be thinking of you in your time of need. Sending positive vibes your way that things work out soon for you, your OH and little Sarah.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170

Johanne.. remember also.. it is only money.. they cannot take what you don't have.. and they cannot take your little girl or OH away.. So long as you are loved and can share that nothing else matters it is all material and can be replaced. Plus everything in the house is yours you paid for with your money.. so long as you can prove that even if bailiffs come to your house they cannot touch a THING!! Worry not.. just start decluttering!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0
