much apreciated turkishdelight, i am just so outraged at the fact its seen as a joke, this has riled me up so much! i am glad other people back me on this and it annoys me that the staff of boffer made a joke out of my complaint too.

Hmm i remember some person saying on here or HUKD that boffer wasn't part of legit companies or something legal mumbo jumbo thing. He/She had a look at the list of all the registered companies or something and was warning us not to trust it. Or something along the lines like that. I could have made all that up really I only read what he said in passing. Although after this it would seem more likely that this were true. As i don't think their legal team if they had one would allow that.

Anyways stusmyname i'm gunna join you in that ASA do-dah thing, cause although it may be funny to some people. And those people may tell us to lighten up it's not really in good spirit. They even admitted it to being tasteless. Anyways i'm off to ASA website. =]

to be honest i wouldnt mind an apology as thats all i wanted from the beggining and didnt get 1, i got the p**s taken out of me instead, and i think its very unfair, i am just wanting to see what the asa will do now and look forward to any letter of apology to be recieved and/or anything else they decide to send.

I suspect that this is how boffer will have their backs covered. By registering you have completed a request to order and not signed an agreement in which you will recieve the item stated.

well, i've read some of the 22 pages of comments over on boffer, but i've not been following it all.

i haven't read the comments you're referring to, but i wouldn't be surprised if boffer issue some sort of apology for any offence caused to their customers. i think they'd be very stupid not to.

like i said before though, i personally wasn't offended. i think they're rather silly to take the p**s out of people who are genuinely offended by the whole thing though.
