    Hi Everyone,

Well - finally knuckled down to it today and your right Pingu, much more interesting!! I'm not so stressed about this one, I've just about managed a Block today but DD is on her way home from her dads so time's up for this weekend. I'll crack on one day this week if I can get rid of BF and kido for a few hours. May well send them on a "bonding" session on bikes (can just see his face now :D) hehe

And I had a dream that I got my marks back and they were a disastrous 32%.... woke up in a cold sweat and started praying it wasn't a premonition!! Hopefully they should be back this week so we can relax about them.

    Have a good week everyone

Evening all - well what a day I've had! Had the day off work so wanted to take DD out somewhere while she is off school except she wanted to go to holiday club with her friends - great £38.00 extra! So went so weigh in and lost 2lbs -yeay! Total weight loss now 3st 2lbs. While I was there phone call off friend to say horse wasnt well - cue hysterical panic, phoned vet, got to the stables and it appeared as though she had collapsed. Flat out on the floor, eyes closed, no attempt to get up so was convinced that this was it at the grand old age of 38 her legs had given up. Anyways vet came gave her a quick check over and decided that she seemed ok just stuck. Mighty effort of about 8 of us got her on her feet - I started breathing again!

Turns out she had lay down, got cast (stuck) and exhausted herself trying to get up so by the morning she was so knackered she couldnt gain the energy to keep trying. Vet has given her a strong painkiller and a weeks worth of anti-inflammatories and is coming back next week to decide on a long term arthiritis treatment for her, she also recommended a supplement for her feed which I went and bought - £75.00 for 3 months worth - she will need it for life alongside any other treatment they decide!

Then home, grocery shopping - bought little thank you easter eggs for everyone that helped, back home, OU marks for last assignment through (62% pretty pleased as it was really hard!), back to check on horse, pick kids up, home and then OH went back out at 10pm to check horse again who is fine- thank god.

Sorry for the crappy written post but my head is banging - think its the crying, stress and general knackeredness!

    So to summarise -

    - DD went to Holiday Club unexpectedly (extra £38.00)
    - Lost 2lbs at Slimming World (yeay)
    - Horse appears to be collapsed and on last legs (panic)
    - Horse wont get up (cry)
    - Vet appears (££££)
    - Horse literally lifted to her feet (yeay)
    - Off to buy supplement (£75.00)
    - Vets back to check (more £££££)
    - Food Shopping (150.00 - includes clothes for DS that he desparately needs 25% off, easter eggs, washing powder, 2 weeks worth of meals)
    - OU results back (62% - not too bad)
    - back to check on horse (wouldnt know anything had ever been wrong)
    - Sort out kids
    - Back to check on horse (annoyed at being woken up)
    - Painkillers and chocolate for me!

I'll be glad to get back to work tomorrow.

Need to rebudget which has taken a battering today but we should be ok (OH had been saving up for a graphics card for the comp and used that money to pay for the supplement bless him) and catch up on some much needed housework and study.

Bex - this chapter is definitely more interesting, I am really enjoying it but probably wont be saying that when I come to do the TMA!

KP - I do enjoy juice but I dont think it is syn free for Slimming World - I'll definitely look into it though

Morning Penguin...what a stressful today!!!!...today can only get better.
Great news on the weight loss...you are doing brilliantly.
No added sugar squash is free on SW but pure juices eg...orange juice, pineapple juice have to be sinned ...their reasoning is that even though fruit is free to eat at anytime...you wouldn't eat say 10 oranges at once but a fruit juice would contain the juice of 10 oranges...so that fruit juice would be very high in calories in comparison IYSWIM...

Hugs regarding horse. Mine literally collapsed on the way to his field this week. The lady who looks after him says he isn't right but he is still pottering about. I am not sure what to do at the moment.

    Evening all!

Luc - hope your boy is ok, its so horrible as they get older and you dont know what to do for the best, twice in the last 18 months I have thought she would need to be PTS and then she has recovered better than ever.

Wol - hope you are ok and house related stuff is getting sorted, Im off for a catch up on everyones diaries!

Taxi - thanks for that re the juice, I'll have to do a taste test, havent drank juice for so long!

Not much exciting to report but I am going to waffle for a bit anyway. Horse is absolutely fine now, she has had no ill effects from being stuck and you wouldnt have ever known anything was wrong, which I am thankful for!

I gained 2lbs at SW this morning but I can't complain because I have eaten sooo much crap this week - full roast on Sunday and loads of chocolate so the damage could have been much worse. It is only my 3rd gain since I started in November and the others were Christmas and one random one in Jan. I want to lost 3lbs next week though to catch up but we will see!

Have 60.00 left in my account until Tuesday, everything is paid I am almost certain so like last month if that 60.00 is still there on Monday night it will go off the smallest debt.

OH at work which has been plodding along, nothing majorly exciting but something is better than nothing!

Not been doing much apart from work, study etc so nothing new there.

Have a meeting tomorrow about DS education in Sept (due to start primary) this is the main thing that is worrying me at the moment so hoping we move forward tomorrow as feel like we are stood still with it all.

Hope everyone is well. Have a day off tomorrow so major blitz of the house on the way and maybe some ironing but not making any promises ha ha!
