sadly, it's just a case of ploughing on Len- I injured my back in 2001 and it's a permanent 'thing' with lots of other associated bits and bobs I now 'manage'. It doesn't help sitting here all day every day, it really aggravates it. It's just going through a bit of a flare up. I'll give the surgery a ring on Tuesday and order some stronger tablets. I'll get him to throw in some muscle relaxants. I haven't had to take them for a couple of years now, but I could have done with some this morning!

I'm sat on the pc in kitchen today as it's easier, dogs are laying on floor beside me...... strong smell of dog pee... why do they insist on peeing on one another?
Locking them in the kitchen at back door experiment is officially a winner! living room has never been so tidy...... !

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Sorry to hear that BB, theres not much more that is more aggrivating than back pain except maybe an ear infection ouch! I read a story about Nigel Planer and his back trouble and Linda may be able to elaborate more on this. Well he had such back bad pain that he had serious trouble sleeping for years, IBS, neck problems, posture problems and he contemplated sucicide because it was runining his life. Anyway, one day he went to the dentist and he was told that his bottom jaw was further out than his top jaw, which meant he was biting wrong. Anyway they cured this and it sorted everything out. Just little misalignment of of his jaw that was making him bite wrong affected all that. Outrageous eh.
