I think you can just edit them yourself anyway. So basically open them up, delete everything and then save. It will just leave them with blank reviews everywhere. Not a good way to carry on, but if they're not playing fair ..................
I've in a similar situation. My wife completed her 15 and got the voucher 24 hours later. I was in the process of completing mine (on the same machine) and then became aware of this ip problem. We've e-mailed them this morning asking them to explain why and if I complete my 15 will they also be giving me a voucher.0 -
I just got my £10 voucher this morning :j However it is only valid for one day
All I want is an opportunity to prove that money doesn't buy happiness

Are you sure that the valid to date says 2008 and not 2009?0

I finished my reviews on Saturday and got my voucher today so I am happy. Mine is valid for a year ( 01 Sept 2009). I'm very impressed with the speed of getting the voucher.0

We've written back explaining that we're genuine, not fraudsters etc and that there's nothing in the T&Cs saying one per household etc...not holding out much hope though. Expect they'll wriggle out of paying.
Just thought I'd post a follow-up to this...several days passed without word from them, so we re-sent the email again, to the generic CS email address (we'd replied direct to one of the people before...) and added a little note on the top.
Tonight my gf got her voucher...for £12(!) with a little note saying sorry for the delay and...curiously...blaming Amazon for it...I was ready for a drawn-out fight over this, so am pleasantly surprised (if a little disappointed) to have it resolved so fast...

Thanks a lot for letting us know.
I registered and confirmed but it seems I can't go to their main page or sign on. The links seem dead. Does anyone else have the same problem?0 -
I can't get on the page either- i was wanting to check if i'm getting my voucher or not as it's been 72 hours+ now since completion.....when the first cup of coffee tastes like washing up she knows she's losing it0
