I think one of the problems they are having is that some dodgy people are trying to simply cut and paste other peoples reviews from the likes of BView and claiming them to be their own and origional. Another is that people are trying to put in multiple applications. Which all kind of annoys those of us trying to be honest.

Trusted places are attempting to counter this by registering IPs against e-mail addresses and also cross checking reviews against those entered on other sites to see if they are origional or if they have been copied. All that takes time unfortuneately.

Thanks for this info. This is obviously why I cant seem to log in from work. I signed up at home.

I did email them but have had no reply and no voucher!! I completed my reviews a week ago too!!

I copied part of my reviews from what i have written on Dooyoo do you think I should email them and tell them this?

They should probably e-mail you back saying that you have copied some reviews and they would like you to say which ones they are so they may delete them. That is when you state that they are yours.
That is what happened when HelpHound accused me of copying from myself.

just registered with helphound and added direwolf as my referer i cant see anything on there about payment but i only had a quick look i will have a proper look tonight

I registered with Trusted Places last week - did my 15 reviews in a day and got a voucher emailed next morning - they were really good in my case

I think as someone else has said the trouble is people abuse an offer like this - instead of using it as it is intended they think ' how can I blag another 4 vouchers' etc and end up ruining it for everyone else

Same old story as with life I suppose

Aye i was like you when i was told but look under report when you click on the link which im guessing looks like: "rachel83 -My helphound" it says there.

But that T&Cs that i posted 2nd page was copied from their contract which if you need i can send to ya. That says everything about payment details.

I finished my fifteen reviews very early on Thursday, got my voucher through today. Hubby got an email after he finished his about the high level of fraud going on. Hubby got his voucher within 24hrs of finishing. I noticed when I was putting a review in for a place in Ayr, this guy from London had put 15 reviews in for places in Ayr. When I read his reviews it was obvious he had never visited any of the places, doubt if he has ever been to Ayr. It is complete numpties like him that is causing the delay for the vouchers.

Recieved a reply finally this afternoon. Can now log in from work and have also recieved my voucher (they said they had sent the voucher but for some reason i did not recieve it so they contacted amazon and re isuued it).

So keep emailing them, i sent three emails (there is also the email addys of the CEO's on the site and i copied them in on the last email) over a week before they replied so keep on at them and you will get a response.

I got my voucher in 24hrs as I did all my reviews on a sunday, I had my voucher by Monday, so no complaints here, I think they have been pretty fast until AMAZON held them up.
