afternoon all - just whizzed through the thread!

Not sure what is wrong with me at the moment but for the last few days I feel like I'm rushing all the time. I just feel like I'm on hyperspeed - have to go to work, then have to come home and spend an hour rushing round sorting stuff, then have to rush and do some AQA, then rush off to get Charlie, then rush off to go to supermarket/do the washing up/ironing etc, then rushing to start dinner (usually around 7.30pm), realise Ihaven't done enough AQA, start panicking......phew.........(imagine all that said on fast forward and that's how my head feels!!!!)

I don't understand why, though. I came in at 1, put the washing out, brought some in, stacked the dirty pots, put the dinner in the slow cooker, wiped the kitchen surface over, drank a pint of water really fast, put some lunch on, put rubbish out, put toilet cleaner into toilet, shoved lunch into gob as I'm reading thread and typing. In 50 minutes.

Even this morning when I didn't go into work until 9.30, I put a load of washing in, got showered etc, made breakfast, made the bed and then did £10 on AQA!

Sure someone isn't mickeying you with speed???:rotfl:

I know the discussion probably moved on, and cross trainer away to MSE'r but for anyone else wanting rid of bigger stuff and not having any luck on freecycle, could try Dont Dump That, GumTree, Local Paper - usually have free ads for larger items being give away, the (yellow) ads paper? or even local supermarket noticeboard?

blimey - maybe they are Lucifer - it would be good though, the weight might drop off me!

At the moment my mind is going (all muddled up at the same time)- washing up, need washing powder, need to do AQA, when will cookery book arrive, must start course planning, must come up with some creative ideas for some stuff at work to impress bosses, how did OH's daughter get on in GCSE's, how much money do I have for the shopping, what am I going to wear to work tomorrow.......

maybe I am on drugs and don't know it!

if she manages her finances as well as she manages her personal life its not really that much of a shocker really...

Hopefully one day she'll wake upto herself but I won't hold my breath:confused:

i know but she will have made more money in her "career" than most of us can dream of... and to have nothing at all in reserve is shocking...

if she doesn't pay her tax then she should expect the consequences but to not have anything in reserve is mental, and reckless when you've got kids.......

(edit - i have nothing in reserve, but i am rectifying that soon enough! and i've never earned hundreds of thousands like she will have)
