Question. Where was the dating DFW-style thread?Democracy is the theory that the common people know what they want, and deserve to get it good and hard.0

Terrible that they are already trying to get me not to pay it off in one go - this is an email I've literally just had - before the money even hits my account!
"Did you know you don't have to pay off your loan in one go? Our client login area will allow you to defer payment of your loan, or take a new loan once this one has been repaid. Take a look and see how easy it is to use. Why not save the link to your favourites for the future?"
and then, the options available
Option One - The minimum you would need to repay this month would be the charges of £20.00. We would then defer the principal balance of £80.00 to your next payday, on which you would be due to repay £100.00 including charges.
Option Two - We do suggest, if you can, that you pay some extra off of the principal balance in order to reduce next months repayment. Option Two is that you pay £70.00 (£20.00 charges and £50.00 off the loan). We would then defer £30.00 to your next payday, on which you would be required to repay £37.50 including charges.

I've thought about doing it, but somehow applying for a loan just feels wrong, yet pre LBM I used to do it regularlyIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Hi All
Daily Chat Thread 'lurker' here!
Mention of the Leeds Meet has prompted me to stick my head above the parapet. I did say that I would be coming to the meet but I really don't think I am going to be able to make it.Because of (a) serious lack of money (b) DS will be with us that weekend (c) I don't know what OH will be doing that weekend and so I don't know whether he will around to look after DS (d) we will probably have to go my Dad's on the Sunday as it is his birthday on the 4th.
I really wanted to come, especially as I missed the Birmingham meet after I broke my foot.:eek:PigginSkint's debt free diary
