    Yep, cleared ish - enough for the car to sleep in the garage for the first time since we moved in :o

    No, cant make it to Leeds unfortunately.

    It's my DD's birthday that weekend, unless I can persuade her she would like to spend it in Leeds, but I doubt it :rolleyes:

    I need a bit of advice folks about negotiating a salary:o

    I am applying for a job which it looks like I may get (internal vacancy) the salary is what I am on now but the new post has a !!!!!! load more responsibility. It is full time however which is really what I am looking for now.

    I am only part time at the minute but to be honest I would rather have a less stressfull job on part time hours than full time, loads of stress for the same money.

    What I really want is about 4K above what they are offering and to be honest I think they would struggle to get anyone to take the position with the qualifications and experience that it needs.

    Please help!!!!!!! I am rubbish at stuff like this and tend to just accept things without questioning them and just moan about it later:o
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
