Just heard back and I am apparantly 'have the skills and experience to necessary to succeed as an agent with Teletech@home' which is always nice. She also said she was not sure on the dates and will send a link to her personal calender when she does know. Has anyone heard anymore of when the start dates for the training will be?0

She will be about 6 hrs behind us as well I suppose. I hope I'm successful.
I think she said to our group that there should be training starting some time in March, but she didn't know when.0 -
Ahhhh perfect so even longer to [strike]bite[/strike] cross my fingers[strike] nails[/strike]. Should be good though. So another 6 hours wait it seems

I have an e-mail from teletech asking me to schedule another interview, this time for sales, so I've done that for this thursday at 4.00pm
The e-mail doesnt mention whether I've been successful or not0 -
well sounds like good news to me,
Step Five: Group Information Session
Once you have passed the Technical Assessment and MatchPoint Assessments, you are ready to attend one of our online Group Information Sessions to go over the details of the @Home position. We will send the details of how to attend a session in an email; you choose the date and time you would like to attend and then we send a follow-up email with the details on how to log into the call for that date and time.
Step Six: Phone Interview
We will schedule you for a phone interview with one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists at the end of the group information session. The TAS will ask you a series of open-ended, behavioral questions based on the competencies and skills required for the position, as well as shift preferences and answer any questions you have about the position.
Step Seven: Background Check and PC Certification
You will be provided the necessary documents and direction to complete this step.
Step Eight: You're Hired!
You will be offered a position and arrangements will be made to send you your @Home New Hire Packet. You must return the paperwork required in the packet before you begin training. Also in that packet will be a WorkBooth Disc. You cannot attend training if you have not passed the WorkBooth Disc. This is what you will be running everyday during your shift and it is imperative that you pass the disc to remain hired.
Maybe this is step number 6? if they didnt give you details of conferance call then i presume it would be good news
