Complete and utter twaddle once again. It aint yours why do you think you should get it, told ya, have a butchers in through the window, see if theres a telly in there, it's good to go too. Boy there are some morons about

Ever thought about backing up what you say with facts about what's legal/illegal, rather than your opinions on what's morally right/wrong?

Does this mean if the old biddy down the road pops her clogs we can all race in and have her house for nothing (assuming there is no mortgage or family of course)??

    No it doesn't mean that.

But he has thanked post #32 which is fair enough. It would be nice to find out if he managed to move the car, or gave up in the end.

    Dear All,

At present, I haven't yet done anything. Despite the opinion of a few - I'm not an immoral person, nor do I have any desire to transgress any laws.

I have to admit - I could find a damn good home for this car and it pains me that it will go to be scrapped as it seems such a waste.

I have to be honest and say that I would (with a clear conscience) register the car in my name IF i thought it would be possible to declare and register every step of the way - leaving a clear and obvious trail.

I should - in all honesty - extend my thanks to 'Ginger Nuts' as they voice an opinion that could well be "right" if not entirely correct.

I have resolved to let the car go to the scrap yard. It may not be the best thing to do ...but I will prevent myself being ambushed at a later date from those sharing 'Ginger Nuts' bivouac on the moral high ground.

Thanks for all of your help,

    V

You make it out like it's at the neighbour's expense.

Hang about, didn't the owner do a runner to Spain, leaving a trail of debt behind, including unpaid mortgage, hence the house repossession?
  • Got three new cars today in Tescos car park, this is a great new money savers idea :D
