Don't do it. The company charged £15 for "delivery" of some additional fabric to cover a chair which then was delivered by the Royal Mail for £7.84. The company have refund to refund the additional charge. Their customer service has been inadequate & at times rude.

Disagree, I have had 2 orders with them in space of 1 yr of each other and always found them great any problems have been sorted quickly.

Postage doesnt just cover the price paid at the post office you have to cover the cost of the staff who work there to fullfil your order and also there is packaging as well.

I ordered a corner sofa with a sofabed - and installation.

So far so good. It squeaks a bit though?? When I sit in the seat and lean against the back there is a slight sound?? I guess this is just because its new and will settle.

Very happy so far - the guy who put it together was nice and the sofa fits perfectly. The sofa bed was used a lot in the first 2 weeks and I have had reports it was comfortable enough.

Very happy with my £716 purchase.
  • Unfortunatly, I don't live in the areas where assembly is offered.

The two sofas I've bought inc postage came to £569. I opted for the express delivery, so it they should arrive on Saturday.

I'm sure all will be ok for you... You don't really need tem to assemble it I put mine together on my own. Took a few hours just make sure to lay your parts out and read the instructions.

Good luck let us know how you get on :)

  • Both sofas arrived this morning with all parts present & correct.

Took about 2 hours each sofa to assemble, probs would've taken less if my OH & I didn't have to wrestle one of the arms lol.

So far I'm very please with them. They look very impressive actually & at this moment I would definatly recommend Nabru.
