Hi, I've recently bought a new laptop with Vista, and I didn't think that I had word on it. I then discovered word, but it's asking me to type in a product key to get past my 25 free uses. I've tried typing in the product key from a colourful sticker on the underneath of my laptop, but it isn't working.

Do I have a "buy me buy me" version of word, or do I actually have it (it is coming up) but I'm doing something wrong when trying to register it?

Sorry, I know I sound thick...

    Thanks in advance.

IN answer to your question Jiblets. It seems you do not have the full version and are required to purchase the key for word. Try OpenOffice, it's very good and is not unlike Microsoft Office
