Hi, I've recently bought a new laptop with Vista, and I didn't think that I had word on it. I then discovered word, but it's asking me to type in a product key to get past my 25 free uses. I've tried typing in the product key from a colourful sticker on the underneath of my laptop, but it isn't working.
Do I have a "buy me buy me" version of word, or do I actually have it (it is coming up) but I'm doing something wrong when trying to register it?
Sorry, I know I sound thick...
Thanks in advance.

You just have a trial. You'll have to purchase a product key from Microsoft if you want to keep using it.0

I would stick with Word 2003 - I bought 2007 and I hate it - its not user friendly and is confusing. good luck.Tact: getting your point across without stabbing someone0

Yeah, I've found the Ribbon interface to be much faster to use once you've spent more than ten minutes using it.
A fine case of RTFM0 -

This was the question I was going to ask...You just have a trial. You'll have to purchase a product key from Microsoft if you want to keep using it.
But is it worth getting? The reason I'm asking is that EagerLearner's budget planner seems to need it to work.
