i really hate my ex, the emotional and verbal abuse everything he put me through. my life is so much better without him in it. only thing is i am having real difficulty sleeping at night, as the memories of how he treated and controlled me, come flooding back. sometimes i feel like turning to alcohol again to numb the pain, but i know in the long run that wont help.
so tired, am going to try going back to bed again
nite

It doesn't help hun, trust me I have seen someone use alcohol to blot out the pain and it doesn't work. Better go for that old chestnut ... counselling, and remind yourself that you are a SURVIVOR who copes with a tough life.0 -
