hope your feet are better soon katie
going out for dinner today with my support worker, not looking forward to it, to be honest feeling a bit low, think yesterday's incidents are to blame for that.
hugs all

I'm a little bit gobsmacked. I found out last night that the family that I now rent a room from are renting out another room to a woman and her 4 year-old son. That means 8 people in a flat that is not huge, sharing a very small kitchen (and everyone except me sharing a bathroom, but that's their problem). I know I'm a little bit negative, but I can foresee even more problems with noise, using the washing machine etc. The TV is always on loud, starts early and switched off late, I can't work in the lounge (only room with light) because someone is always making noise, and even in my room it isn't peaceful enough to relax.
They are nice people but all this noise is a bit too much, I just want a quiet place to work. Unfortunately I didn't have much choice but to accept it, and I don't want to start looking again already. Going to buy some earplugs so hopefully I can sleep better.

Struggling with feelings today.
Things are hard at home, and had a bit of a baby scare yesterday. Self-harming and suicidal thoughts have returned, which makes me feel awful. What kind of Mum-To-Be am I if I still want to cut despite being pregnant?
Waiting for CPN to call me back. Nothing she can do I suppose. Life without medication is hard
Don't think I can tell them how I really feel. I'm terrified they'll take my baby off me :-/Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -

went out for dinner with my support worker, and a few others, and have to admit even tho i wasnt looking forward to it, i actually enjoyed it, made a nice change.
my mood has lifted considerably since this morning, and fingers crossed, might still get my night out tommorrow, if nothing happens with the kids. am suprised the guy i am going on the date with, still wants to know, after telling him about my sons, seems he likes me for who i am, makes a nice change
amber, hope the ear plugs solve your sleep problems, i use them when the neighbours on the next street play loud music in their garden
hugs all
