Central heating not working :(

I recently moved into a new house. I tried to put the heating on but the central heating will not heat up. The boiler is a Baxi boiler and the water heats up and it does sound like it is working but the central heating wont come on. Please can anyone give advice? Thanks

Cut out suggests sensor malfunction,
or heat exchanger clog-up. Probably no filter on the return.

Two plumber called? Maybe they knew the heat exchanger is clogged, and wanted to replace the boiler, and samabanks1 didn't.
