O2 have better coverage in the UK than Orange!!

There call quality and percentage of dropped calls is also of a high standard!!

You can't really generalise about network coverage; it will vary on the specific location. In some places, one network will be the strongest; in others, the same might have no signal. As an overall average, I might start an argument by saying, in decreasing order - Orange, O2, Vodafone, T-mobile.

Yeah agree with 2ax, the only way to know is to do test it yourself.

For example, I live in South East London and O2 has the worst coverage (0-1 bars!), even 3 is better!

I would agree with the above however as being a customer with Orange and O2 my opinion is that O2 are overall the better network provider.

Thankyou all for your honest reply the reason i asked was the contract would involve 8 phones on a 24hr business contract so coverage would be a big problem orange has never let us down but just wont supply new phones with blue tooth headsets.

....in the areas you use them

I cancelled an O2 contract early due to coverage issues, even T-Mobile give me a better signal generally in the areas I use but Voda/Orange still best for overall use(especially indoors), but that's only relevant to the area I'm in
  • I realise that this is the wrong forum, but I'm looking for information about the 30 free texts for Orange PAYG mobiles - can anyone help please.
