Primus moving to india

Looked at my online bill this morning:
Non-Direct Debit Fee (30/10 - 02/11) - £1.50
Paper Billing Fee (30/10 - 14/11) - £1.50
They say they'll refund it... proof is in the pudding I suppose.43580 -
i have been trying to stop Primus overbilling me for many months rental
My 18 month contract ended in Nov 2008 for one of 2 phones... gone to talktalk monthly rental/broadband
I have been with primus for many years
In the earrly years there was a great game/waste of time trying to get call credit back every 3 months... that is long gone
the scottish staff were vg and v helpful
their systems have always been cr*p
I have just phoned their Indian cs... not their fault ... they try and help
still getting billed (bill 3 months late... amazing/poor cashflow for them )
The indian lady promised me no more billing on a line now out of the 18 months and 2 months credit
will believe it when it happens0
