You're probably right. The advantage we had going this week was that me n the kids are off school, so could get there lunchtime and work out how to put the tent up in a leisurely manner
IA - I love it, though your arm looks VERY sore
I would have a few dummy runs nearby, then on the day( it will be soon!) will go up with ease:DBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Well, it's a 7 1/2 metre tent, so the garden aint big enough. I might nip in school and ask the Head if I can borrow her playing field
DH does seem confident he knows how to do it, we just need to buy some better pegs.
I'm still dabbling in the bank account and on Excel, hoping to find a spare few quid from somewhere :rotfl:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Ooh everyone is getting tired and grumpy here at work - flipping stroppy lecturers who look down on admin staff (only a small percentage of lecturers I should say but grrr to them). Only an hour and a half to go though! :rolleyes:Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0

I really need to know exactly what is happening and where as I'm travelling such a long way really with pants connections....is it Sat and Sun? Does anyone know? Or just Sat/Sat evening? Trains back to Poole on a Sunday are horrible. I don't want to end up booking a hotel for Sunday I don't need (or a train for Monday when I could have travelled on the Sunday)

As far as I know Keren, it's more of a Sat/sat night thang!
I know we'll be going to Ryan's b-day part on the Sun and I will most likely have a wee hangover (although, no where near Len's at the last meet! lol)
Does that help?Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
so, it's all happening at Smashed's place? Or Leeds during the day/Smashed at night? I'm just thinking about getting the best placed hotel really.
