    afternoon all!

Bun- fab news about the job - go for it!

Is it the BBC Grow Your Own Veg book? I have that and never really got past page 1 :o - when my sister visited over the weekend she opened it up and showed me her being credited on the back page - I never realised!!! She used to work for the RHS.

I've been offered 2 more one off teaching sessions - I'm going to do a 3 hour session for volunteers on Writing Press Releases and another one on Handling the Media. It will be the first time since leaving PR that I've used my experience - it will help me see is I'd like to go into teaching Media Studies more 'permanently'.

The other bit of news for me is that 6 years ago today a CCJ was entered against me for £592 - so it should drop off today :T :j :T I have had 2 old defaults also drop off over the last 4 or 5 years and I've been hanging on grimly to today to be able to have a lovely clean report. I know it will probably take a month or so before it is processed to come off, and it's not as if I'm going to be applying for any credit, but it will feel so good to knowI don't have this hanging over me any more - I paid it off 4 years ago but the solicitors could never find the right document to mark it as satisfied

My mortage deal comes to an end July 2010 so I have until then to get myself back in a decent job so I can apply for a new deal somewhere and know the CCJ isn't going to affect my application. :D

Hi spud , how's the packing coming along for your camping trip?
Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Hi spud , how's the packing coming along for your camping trip?

    It's not Bob.

The trip to the vet this morning confirmed the dog needs to have the cyst on her back removed next Thursday, so any spare money will need to go towards that. It's already been £200 on antibiotics alone.

She is insured, but we will have to pay it and then claim it back

We will go, just probably not this weekend.
