Never been on Ebay to be honest.
Thing is I can't save up, so if I had cash in my hand it would disappear. The way I see it, Mr Tesco just saves the cash for me until Christmas and then I go and spend it
I know this is not the best idea with regards to making money, but it is the best for me.0 -

I have no children and so have no desire to go to any Theme Parks/Castle/Museums, I don't have enough money to go on holiday so Air Miles are useless. I don't use Blockbuster/RAC/Johnsons. I don't read magazines so don't want a subscription to one. There are some good offers on the Clubcard for Families but doesn't appear to be anything of use to me. Plus as I only spend at the very most £30 per week there it would take me a lifetime to save up for anything.
I find it more beneficial to keep the vouchers until Christmas or Sale Time and spend them on things that are needed.
Tesco do a Christmas Saver Club where they keep your vouchers till your Nov statement and you'll also get a £5 extra voucher if you have saved £100 worth of vouchers. You can also top up you clubcard to reach the £100. Have a look if your interested - http://www.tesco.com/clubcard/clubcard/christmassaver/0 -

Warning - Tesco Beaumont Leys are not accepting internet coupons apparently! Just been very embarrassed and talked to like a small child by several members of staff when trying to use a coupon net cos it 'looked like a photocopy' (a magical colour photocopy) and various other bull excuses, then told the store manager had decided that was their policy. I asked to see a copy of this policy but they couldn't even produce a copy of the coupon policy, nevermind this store manager decision. The store manager who at no point was I allowed to speak to on the matter. I thought the way I was treated was disgusted and I'm off to email head office, the company who produce the product I bought and their parent company.
Watch out everyone, next Tesco Beaumont Leys won't be serving customers with an S in their name. They won't be able to show you a piece of paper that says it's the policy, but hey.0 -
Has anyone been able to use the Marie Claire or the Daily Mail book voucher at their Tesco's without buying it - I tried but was told with books and magazines you actually have to buy the product - all the other's worked fine £6 off an £9 shop.
I have used 2 this week without any problems:j Debt free since 31/01/08:j

Think the Daily Mail coupon should be redeemed at WH Smith (don't think Tesco can accept this because they don't get paid for it - think there is a post saying that on the coupon only thread). Have had the Marie Claire coupon accepted at local Tesco without problems. Good luck.0 -

I can confirm that you cannot use the Daily Mail coupon at tescos as they're not part of the book club and aren't able to reclaim the money. I think it is also blocked at the tills.
But Marie Clare is good to go!
