    Hiya COUPON GIRL! :j

I'm pretty sure there is already an abbreviations thread here and on PTS. It's not only specific to this vouchers board of course so there's a key (possibly a sticky) on the main forum boards somewhere.

Try searching the keyword abbreviations within the forums, using the green search button top right. I think that will find it. It's how I learnt what all the initials meant myself.

    HTH hun!;)

Abbreviations have always baffled me too so your suggestion of a search is great but unfortunately I was unable to find it!

Whilst on the subject can someone tell me what LOL means please?

    Many thanks for that.
  • Haven't been on the site for a few days and just thought I'd look in on the thread this evening. See that some tensions are arising again. Widespread coupon abuse is making it increasingly difficult to get legitimate coupons accepted across stores. Wish people would stick to the policy.

Thanks mm5, M4rtin, Coupon-mad and the rest of you for keeping things lively.

well where shall i start . have been doing my shop for last cpl weeks wth my moc in hand every time th ecashier having to call someone to confim they can take them , sometimes this taking about 10 mins, in the end they took them ,,

any way this week at my tesco , i handed my coupons over as usual , and guess what she called manager over as usual , this time i was told NO we do not take these , YOU HAVE TO BUY THE PRODUCT !! she said this quite sternly too , i did feel abit embarassed, and nearly had the guts to leave my trolley and walk out , but i didnt as i needed that shopping it was a 2 week shop so came to well over £200,
i have emailed tesco but still no reply,, anyone had this happen last week , as she said it was the rule from 5th Jan 09?
Dont forget that little Thanks button , only takes a sec
