Please note that pre credit binge cheap terraced properties up north often make too much at the moment as they appear cheap. Often only back to 2001/2 values.
Also note that this year's auction bargains may not seem cheap by 20100 -

TBH you are just as likely to get a blank stare these days. The Aberfan Disaster was about 42 years ago.
