Anyone bought from prepay mania?

Sorry to dig up an old thread, but I just thought I'd add my two pence worth about this poor excuse for a company. Hopefully this will help any potential buyers.

I have an order outstanding with Prepaymania. This was ordered on the assurance it would be dispatched the same day. I'm quite reasonable and understand that seasonal vacations cause backlogs and delays, so have patiently waited till now.

I feel that these guys take the biscuit. They fail to respond to queries, their online chat facility doesn't work, and when contacted on the phone, they tell you whatever you want to hear to get you off the line. Customer service is not a strong point for this company.

I still haven't received my goods, and even if they were to give a realistic delivery date (be it next year) I would be far more content than being left in limbo as I currently am.

AVOID like the plague.
