  • I hope so, I've just applied to switch to them for both gas and electricity to hopefully save over £200 on what I'm paying to British Gas. So far I've called Atlantic three times and each time got through easily and talked to someone who was able answer most of my queries.

Atlantic seems to be flavour of the month with most of the search sites.
Until they get paid more money by some other supplier to push their name to the top of the list.

    I've been Money Tipped!
I am with them for gas and electric and have been for the past year. When I joined there C/service was quite poor but now seems fine.

I have just done an online requote and I am switching my electric to Brisish Gas as they now are cheaper for me.

Atlantic is part of the Scottish & Southern group who I work for. Our prices are very competitive and our complaints levels are second lowest out of the whole industry.
Hope I am allowed to say that, they are just the facts not my opinion honest!! Atlantic has the benfit of internet billing etc

Just be careful if it's the Discounted Electricty tariff you're moving to - prices will be rising at the end of the year.

been with them 2 1/2 years - customer service much improved since scottish and southern took over - always come out cheapest for me for dual fuel on comparison websites especially when annual rebate of 1 months D/D on both gas and electricity is taken into account and no problem with rebate which was paid direct into bank account - i really can't fault them
