    My thoughts exactly. If CSAs were circumspect about the causes of the delay, the bank's policy may be bound up with anti-money laundering regulations. If so, staff are required by law not to give any indication to the customer involved of the reasons.
    People who don't know their rights, don't actually have those rights.
