:j If you got your free Orange sim card like I did from a post I saw on here try registering it
You may try this with any unregistered orange sim
Call 0800 079 0006 and register it over the phone
I also registered with OrangeWorld for one month free WAP access
So far I havent spent a penny nor have I given any card details
About an hour later I received a text from Orange saying "Hi from Orange: You now have £12 pounds free credit to try Orange World for 30 days.......":j
I am also supposed to "Talk all night and text all weekend for free" for having registered before 30th November.
Let us know how you get on

How do you find out the phone number of your sim without opening it?
Can I register my sim without opening it?0 -
I applied for this offer to from orange so did my son.... we have spent 40 minutes ( at our expense ) on the phone 2day complaining to orange your FREE MINUTES dont start until the following month you have applied credit.......but txt works straight away....
I complained to orange too that I strongly OBJECT to paying 25p to complain about there service's.... tried 0800 freephone number from land line ... they refused to help me on that number...tried 3 times.....I am now busy writing letter of complaint to head office...I would love to be a Travel Agent :j0 -

I registered today through the Orange freephone number as per vinylmusic's instructions, got my £1 worth of calls and £12 worth of wap/internet access, don't know how to go about getting "Talk all night and text all weekend for free" but happy to use the free stuff up and utilise an old Sony T610 that's been in a drawer for a year or so. Thanks for the post vinylmusic.0

Hi Kazzea sorry but no its not £12 call credit, Its credit on internet access. Don't know the details on the talk all night & weekend calls though, maybe vinylmusic will give us more details on how to obtain this, If you are looking at the price of pay as you go minutes, forgetting the free stuff, I have found Tesco Mobile to be the best value, especially if you have favourite numbers that you regularly dial. Tesco use o2 and before you say oh no, not o2. o2 coverage and Vodafone are overall the best in the UK.0

its ok - I was actually thinking of changing to Tesco mobile after seeing their ad about their call prices (I am on 02 now anyway). Its just that I have a few free Orange SIM cards lying around and thought I could get some decent calling credit out of them
oh well 0 -
Same here. got some orange sims that I got free, I will use the wap time via my laptop when away from home. Tesco seem to be best value also easy to top up and you receive Tesco club card points.0

try ringing your home phone or another mobile(without answering). your number should come up on caller display.stefano wrote:How do you find out the phone number of your sim without opening it?

You should get caller display automatically on a mobile, otherwise check and view missed calls.
If you dont have caller display on your landline dial 1471 immediately after.
My free sim didnt come with a number. When I called 0800 079 0006 they had me read the numbers on the sim and then they allocated a number to me.
\\\ask them if they can offer a choice of numbers. I forgot to do that.IWasLookingBackToSeeIfSheWasLookinBackToSeeIfIWasLookinBackAtHer.....0
