Well give the chaps workaround a go, it'll not cost you anything and it might even work.

not if you use the official SE updater (link in 2nd post) as the service is provided by SE

bought the sony ericson c902 a couple months ago and i've had the freeze problem but now it will not charge or turn on
what should i do ??

my phone keeps switching itself off and back on again is there a way that i can repair this myself i cant even plug it into the computer cos it wont even stay on then.

Eherm - update the firmware - if that does not work, then send it to Sony (if its under warranty).

Take it to carhponewarehouse - if its under warranty, they might flash it for you.
