My Long and Winding Debt Journey

Only managed 2 NSD so far this month but it is the school holidays.

Well Link have cashed my chq but no word from them so far about us restarting our payments. Will just keep paying them.

Car tax came in today. I have been putting away £20 each month into an account we don't use. This was to be used for car tax and I had £100 in it. Car tax for 6months was £99. I know it sounds silly but I was really pleased today to be able to pay it as soon as it came in because we had for once been sensible and had budgeted for this. owever OH said today that because we have 2 cars £20 a month is not enough so today have amended my SO to £30.

Have also re registered for IB for Santander. We have 2 current a/c and an ISA with them. Plan is to set up more S/O to these accounts to cover others things over the year.

I also checked another account I have been putting money in for xmas and birthdays and that is sitting @ £295 so very pleased with myself.

1st Cretins came back with 'we will request CCA from Original Creditor'.....again? that'll be 6 times now, not including the FOS investigation! ' we will not seek to enforce the debt until we send Agreement to you'....how kind!......'then we will expect settlement within 7 days'.....Ooooh, now I'm really scared:p
