:rotfl:  Ooh I love it honeybun! Your very own diary.
I went to college in Preston and I love the accents in that part of the world so I hope you won't mind if I read your diary in my head in a broad Lancashire accent?!
Would you like to recommend a voice in particular that I should aim for? (You're coming out a bit Liam Fray from The Courteeners at the moment - only nicer!)
I'm very jealous of your bargain grandfather clock, your enormous easter eggs *and* your partner who's going to buy you a new kitchen...
But I shall try to contain myself!
Good luck with the new diary!

This is fab what a fantastic host offering comfy chairs, custard creams and scones:j
Strumpet - you will have to keep some sneaky chocolate for yourself so that only you can induldge without sharing. I find the best place for chocolate these days is Lidl - their chocolate is divine and not overly expensive either.
I used to be a bellringer although I have probably forgotten how to do it because I havent rung for over 20 years:eek: These days the only time I will be hanging around churches and register offices and other delightful venues will be in my new self-employed job as an planner of weddings and civil partnerships. So if you are in need of a civil partnership ceremony I am your man (or should that be woman?:rotfl: ).
I have done some chores today - I went to the paper bin and got rid of my newspapers and the bag that I took them in (a lovely paper one from House of Fraser).:D
Note to Olive - I hate cleaning the bathroom but love pulling out weeds (such a satisfying job as I think of my old boss when I do it)0 -
Great new diary! I did my teacher training in Nelson - at Edge End School, but I don't think it exists anymore! Had to commute from lancaster which was a pain!
Look forward to reading more from you!

What a fab diary :hello: Hope there is a comfy chair left but I shouldn't have a custard cream as I have just :EasterBun as I don't posses any self control!
I look forward to reading as by the look of it already it is definately a fun place to be.
Hope the bell ringing went well.
