I had a email fromt hem yesterday after I chased them and the admin manager called viv replied that they are awaiting stock, I replied saying that I only ordered because the website stated they were in stock, so I cancelled my order with them, looks like a marketing ploy to me. Hope you all get yours.Listen to what people say, but watch what people what people do!!0

The prices of those packs are seriously taking the weewee. Cost out a giga pack from Yesasia and add on the cost of GTA... far less than £298!EGG are a bunch of complete bankers!0 -

Hi Stolt, Im Paul the Owner of Neo Technologies
First let me correct you in that the site never said that they were in stock - it actually stated they were out of stock and would be shipped within 2-3 days (our supplier called us on Friday saying they would be with us Saturday - thats why the offer was posted with a 2-3 day wait)
It turned out our stock was sold to a higher bidder - in short we were gazumped. I made sure everyone was updated every day on the situation and at no time was any money taken from any customer (1200+ orders) - that is of course our policy (info was posted every day on the PSP product page - in fact if you go there now you will see some updates)
To say its a marketing ploy isn't really fair, we have been prominent in the media and gaming market for 7 years now with an excellent reputation, I wouldnt waste my time with something like that, our 300k+ database and weekly radio and tabloid advertising takes care of that (and of course Martin's amazing website helps)
I can tell you that after much chasing my factory in Tawain has tracked down a batch of v1.50 Black PSP's value packs from Japan (plays all UK games and Movies no problem - and of course v1.50 is VERY diserable) - I hope to get a batch for next week - i wont be putting them on the site I will get Viv and her staff to call all those who ordered one of the UK batch to give first refusal - I would imagine the price will be the pretty much the same depending on what my freight fees are.
I take pride in our reputation and strive to give you the best service I possibly can, I hope you haven't been inconvenienced too much

PS in the meantime I posted an offer for the 1GB Sandisk PSP Memory Stick DUO's - only £49.99 this week only http://www.neodiscs.com/product.php/813/239/
Thanks for the reply Paul, although it's nice to get feedback from the owner I'm still suspicious but then thats me, in the run up to christmas you have alot of peoples details that want a psp, like you say if YOUR factory can come up with the goods all well a good, i'm sure it will go along way of making the customer who ordered from you happy again, especially because they are in such short supply. TBH from what I understood there were no 1.50 firmware left sony are already churning out 2.01 from their factories now, as you say 1.50 is very desireable and should demand a fair bit of wonga but if you can keep the price close then thats fair, although its my sceptical side that keep s telling me that to take it from the customers point of view you advertise a psp which is in great supply at a cheaper price than they high street you get many orders then you have no stock, your supplier lets you down, then you get stock and all of a sudden its a little bit more expensivethan the previous one advertised, do you understand where I'm coming from. If I'm wrong then I'll hold my hands up and apologise when all comes good. What will happen to supplier that let you down do you have set orders etc with them or contracts, at the end of the day there could have been alot of people that placed first orders with you but have been let down and will never try you again because of this.Listen to what people say, but watch what people what people do!!0 -

I thought that too.
I've pre-ordered a Giga Pack @ £215 (not from Yesasia) and bought GTA from Tesco for £23.
Total = £238.Herman - MP for all!0
