Kazzea, yes and no.

For the Whiskas newsletter, for instance, there is nothing in the Terms and Conditions from either Pigsback or Mars that says UK residents can not subscribe.

The other bits (name the cat/dog, get kitten pack etc) do partially have terms that say it's only for residents of the Republic of Ireland. By 'partially', I mean that the promoter's T&Cs say so - the Pigsback T&Cs say the entries are open only "for members of pigsback.com", which clearly must include people outside Ireland?

I somehow can't imagine that Pigsback would turn away people who are using their site in good faith. However, I can understand if they suspend/cancel accounts if they have evidence, or good reason to belief, that somebody has been in clear breech of Terms and Conditions.

Does anyone else have it:

when I try to update my categories of interest and choose 'Outdoor pursuits', it forwards me to homepage. if I check again, it is not 'Outdoor pursuits' checked, but 'Sports betting'!!! I am not interested in betting!!!!!!!!!!!! Help!!!!!

I can't get Outdoor pursuits to stay checked...reported problem yesterday. Darragh from Pigsback, who has recently started posting on this thread, promised to take a look at it and get back to me. Nothing yet though.

I can't enter the Jackpot competitions using Firefox - just a bit of a pain to switch to IE to do that and may put some users off.

you can email them with your name, address and date of birth and ask them to validate your account that way and explain you don't have a mobile phone

I see that Darragh has not been back here today, and he has not replied to any of the questions on the other thread, either. Of course, there may be many reasons why that is.

If Darragh spends time on MSE, he has less time to spend at PB's own CS desk. What is his best course of action?
