Please remeber everyone - if you click on the Pedigree and Whiskas links etc to get points they are for THE IRISH SITE only so if you are on the UK site you may well have your account suspended or even cancelled (as has happened in the past)

Ok since this keeps getting really long since Darragh is coming on - how about I start a new thread solely for the purpose of asking Darragh questions and for him to answer them? - I am sure any hints/tips Darragh might wish to post will be reposted on this thread by one of us :)

I've just been using the links cos they're on here! I'm not a bad person! :A:

What's going to happen to me, Darragh?

  • Again the 10 point clickthrough seems to have been for newer members. I didn't get the IWOOT (I Want One Of Those) link, but my Mum did. I don't think this is because I have had the link before, because my Mum has been a member of Pigsback for quite a few weeks now and has clicked on all clickthroughs available, again more than I have had available.

Long term members: Husband and self (no IWOOT) 3 clickthroughs = 3
Newer members: Mum and daughter (got IWOOT) and 5 clickthroughs = 6

Only half points for longer term members. Very confused.

All I get is the quicktime logo with a question mark in the centrew and yes I do have quicktime installed on my pc ;) Any other suggestions as to why the Big red button won't work for me?

arkonite_baby - I don't think this is a Quicktime file, the extension is .swf, so it's more likely a Macromedia Flash file.

Seems a rather draconian measure for a company that is in the business of attracting consumers :confused::confused:

Also, if Pigsback don't want to award certain points to people registered with a UK post code, why wouldn't they just update their programs and give people registered in "the wrong" area a friendly but determined error message?

As far as I am concerned, I am a registered user of pigsback.com. Anything pigsback.com lets me do must be something I am entitled to do?:confused::confused:

Well they could block ranges of Ip address. Web site can and do log IP address and Ip address ranges belong to certain countries. I am sure they coudl if they wanted to prevent people with a UK IP address be blocked using Irish site and vice versa.
  • Darragh.

Any chance we can swap our redeemed vouchers? I started collecting with my partner and here Dad. Then I decided to get everyone to get Outback vouchers and put them all together towards a meal. She just received her voucher (and we've all redeemed ours but not got them yet).

The bad part is they are just £5 OFF, and not £5 vouchers!!!! Now, this is certainly not a deal. The voucher that is free on your site offering a free starter is worth more than that. Seriously, this is a really bad deal and am not happy with 3 on their way to us which are no use at all!

I look forward to your response!
