  • Today was the first chance I had to go shopping since the TS glitch began and just my luck, not a single serum or thermal hair wrap on the shelves!!
Also no TD Wipes/exfoilator/toner etc and hardly any Sanctuary! No 17 GWPs left either!

Mind you I almost didn't get a til spit at all as i tried to do the Mitchum combo, using 4 x £1.65 aerosols and 4 x 50% vouchers and the SA said she had to do each one separately! I said I didn't think they would need to go through as 4 separate transactions as the vouchers merely state one per item not one per transaction but she decided she must go check with a supervisor. I said not to bother but you know when they're walking away whilst speaking? :D She was determined to check she was doing the right thing, which is fine 'cos I decided while she was gone to just take them x 4 if need be, rather than void them and look suspicious. She comes back and says she's so sorry but the supervisor is sick of these Mitchum vouchers and even resorted to phoning the company (Mitchum!) the day before as people were ending up with small totals and bringing in photocopied vouchers.
She had been told to put mine through all at once but stressed that the supervisor had been told that Mitchum were going to 'do something' about it.

So it would seem as though what we feared would happen is certainly starting to. I will be a little anxious if I try to use these again - shame as it is a great way to qualify for the til spits. It would have been hidden too by my other basket items (cotton wool is 2 for £2, wipes are £1, LOL) but as soon as she saw my vouchers she looked like she had been stung. Really hope this glitch continues so everyone gets a chance to get some til spits.

I looked at the Ruby & Millie lip sets too, had no idea they were reduced. I take it the SEL was still full price?
Just read some later replies whilst previewing and have to say that I can also see your point of view Palice. Just want everyone to get a decent chance at these deals. Maybe I'm a touch naive. LOL

Had a fab Bootsing day today. (slightly off put by everytime we go into Boots my DD says "do we HAVE to go in here?" and she is only 4!!):D

Anyway, went to Metrocentre and did lots of TS/Mitchum/No7 stuff.:D
Then tonight I had a drs appointment so it would have been rude not to walk the 100m to Boots afterwards at Kingston Park.

They had Dead Sea Source sets on clearance for £4 (I took one and left one), these are on Boots.com for £17.99, so not bad.
Also got Kandoo sensitive wipes in the plastic box, on clearance for 87p. (Again I took one, and left one!)
TS conditioner and thermal wrap for £1.01.
Ruby and Millie make up bag, half price, so free with No7 voucher.

Paid £5.88, got another till spit and No7 voucher, but best of all the SA was REALLY pleased for me, yay!

They had 2 No7 bronzing pallets left for £4.25 and loads of the No7 anti cellulite stuff on clearance as well. Hope that helps someone.

My DH and mum just soooooo don't get how I enjoy this!! :rotfl:

  • Been in my local tonight and the SA`s were reducing many of the ROC Products, i couldnt hang around too get a proper look as i had only popped in to pass the time , (daughter had an appointment elsewhere) but i did notice that they had boxes of exfoliating polishing pads reduced to £2 per box...
Maybe worth those of you with the ROC vouchers to keep your eyes open for.
