    Yippeeee!! Well done Maz! :D:D

Thanks boris (and the rest of you) never mind that..... an engagement ring, eh?! Nice one honey!!!!!!!

A months salary is nice, but shop around, i got a lovely 1/3 of a carat solitaire, usual price for similar £600-800 outta my league as it was only a xmas present from big g, and i got it from tesco.com for less than £200.... and it looks great... big enough to bling, but small enough to be a real diamond IYKWIM.... if i had anything bigger it would probably be a faker..

noone know's how much it cost once it's on your finger.... i'd personally go for a smaller ring and a weekend away to go with it!!

Thanks :D:D:D We've been discussing for a while now and it will still be a while until he can afford it, but at least it's def gonna happen!!!

His mate got married last year and they bought the diamonds and had the ring made to match a Tiffany one they had seen, so I reckon Boyf will probably get his mate to take him to the same guy and buy the diamonds himself and get me one made. I want him to pick it though and then surprise me with it!

AND he is trying to sell his flat ATM (which is abviously quite a difficult thing to do, but it's on the market). He says when it sells, he will pay off both our debts so we can buy a house together ansd start our life together with just a mortgage and no other debts!!! That's a long way off yet though so I need to keep trying to get the debts down (and I don't want to be reliant on his money or take too much so if I can pay them off myself, then it's more of an acheivement, but it's still nice to know!).
