I love Indian food (in fact most food come to think of it!). Lamb Rojan Josh is my fav, with bombay Pots and Nann bread!!! Mmmmm. I have to go to lunch now as I've made myself hungry at the thought!!!
I just found some cup a soup in my drawer that I forgot I had so I will just get a small sandwich from Sainsburys today and avoid M&S at all costs!!!
I reckon I'll be starving later as we're eating at 7 and I think it's haute cusine stuff so there won't be any food on the plates!!! I've been saving up for ages to take him as a surprise and have got £300 (I know I could pay that on a c/c but he really deserves a nice surprise) so I have bugeted that for 2 three course meals, a nice bottle of chateauneuf white wine and a bottle of champange (the cheapest bubbles on the list!).
I've given him clues for the past 4 weeks of where to meet, what to wear and and what time and he still hasn't guessed it correctly!!!Sept '08-Natwest Loan [strike]£15,378.68 [/strike] £14,582.44Credit/Store Cards [strike]£19,005.99[/strike] £18,860.23 :eek:MBNA £10,143.30, Natwest [strike]£3,209.79[/strike] £3,208.38, BankofScotland £1,889.94, Barclaycard £1,607.65, CapitalOne £1,383.53, Sygma £627.40, RiverIsland [strike]£144.35[/strike] £0.00!AIM - Debt free by the time I'm 30Proud to be dealing with my debts

Sounds so romantic! brings a tear to this cynical thirty something's eye!!
(note to lenny, the term is thirty something, not middle aged lady! Think sex & the city!! - altho' that is so not me!!)
Well honey, you can console yourself with the notion that tonight, while me n big g are too stuffed full of curry to have sex, you can be getting your rewards for giving him such a nice treat!!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

I'm not normally the romantic type, but thought I should make an effort!!! :T
My reward will be that he is driving me to and from the pub tomorrow night for my friend's birthday drinks AND I'm gonna ask him to pay for the drinks (as I'll be skint after tonight).Sept '08-Natwest Loan [strike]£15,378.68 [/strike] £14,582.44Credit/Store Cards [strike]£19,005.99[/strike] £18,860.23 :eek:MBNA £10,143.30, Natwest [strike]£3,209.79[/strike] £3,208.38, BankofScotland £1,889.94, Barclaycard £1,607.65, CapitalOne £1,383.53, Sygma £627.40, RiverIsland [strike]£144.35[/strike] £0.00!AIM - Debt free by the time I'm 30Proud to be dealing with my debts

Good afternoon everyone:hello:
I've been just soo pooped I've been falling asleep at ridiculous times (understandably) but today I was determined to get onto MSE.
I've been doing some money calculations and I want to get rid of as much debt as I can before LB arrives; so this morning I did a menu plan for the month, did a shopping list of all the non perishables and sent it off to Asda for delivery tomorrow between 6pm and 8pm (got free delivery) AND it was only double the normal weekly shopI know I've got to buy fresh bread, fruit and vegetables each week but I'll probably visit the market for those but I couldn't belive how much we still fritter away when shopping!
Papa is coming round to [strike]help me[/strike] be supervised whilst he digs over the garden and it's many weed patches. We'll probably have a bonfire on Saturday night (but I must remember not to stand close to the compost bin that's now become a wasp's nest!).
Hope everyone's well.
