Ooooh Del, ye of little fatih
TBH, there is no way I would have booked with them no matter how nice they were, we only have to read the previous posts, how a company can treat thier customers, specially ones with kids and get away with it beats me.:(0 -
Its just funny lol when someone is singing a companys praises when they are pretty poor as you state
There is alot of small agents popping up all over now and they just dont know how to run a travel agency properly
The most of these are franchise from larger agents, they pop and then go under or managed really badI am a Travel Agent

I also booked a late deal with them through teletext.co.uk. Leave for Majorca on Sat, hotel allocated on arrival which does not bother me 3 star AI for £419 total for me and my mate. Will see how it goes0

Last day of my holiday and it was well worth the money. Ended up with private transfers from the airport - only 20min away. Location of resort was not to great but only 7 miles from Magaluf and not far from Palma. Apart from my mate sleeping all the time it was good. Deffo great value.0

No Del, I don’t work for Sun 4 U, I work in a warehouse – hence the need for a cheap holiday. – This is our experience – I wrote everything down during the first phone call from S4U, which was lucky because we didn’t receive a confirmation email from them. I phoned on the day of departure and I was able to get the name of the hotel we had been allocated. Three hours before take-off, there was still no email so I printed the Lastminute.com confirmation because we didn’t want to set off with just verbal instructions. There were no problems at Manchester Airport but there was more of a problem at Gran Canaria because we weren’t on any of the rep’s lists. After the first rush of passengers was over, a lovely, but rather harassed, rep was able to phone England and confirm our details and we were put on the right transfer bus.
At the hotel we handed over the passports and the page of the email with the room allocations on - we had no further problems. The hotel was great value and we had glorious weather - so ours turned out to be a very good holiday.0 -
It does seem suspicious though, you and lovelyjubly join in June 2010, about 3 posts each, to praise a company that has been slated by others. Del is right to be dubious of the authenticity!0

Reading this I am glad that by pure luck I have never fallen into the clutches of what seems like a complete band of pirates. I went through Teletext in May to get a week away at half term. We booked through onthebeach.co.uk and all was fine. The only problem we has was that (due to my paranoia) I was worried that we hadnt booked properly as there was no hypen option for surnames and i was concerned our tickets were hyphenless! Co are fine as long as you dont have to ring them cos a call to them to check anything (same goes for Ryanair) costs big.January GC: £64.81/£80.00
February GC: £24.60£80.000
