Hey I know what you mean, I just saw them on sky teletext advertising late deals from £69 so I checked out their website and they were more like £300 lol0

I'm finding this quite a lot now. You call up from teletext to holiday company A who are all seemingly affiliated with holidays companies b, c, d, e, f & g. They offer something on Teletext, when you call up you find out that price is based on 30 people sharing a 2 bedroom room. The cost for your holiday is then 4 times what it said it would be after the stick the taxes and transfers on.
EG: I wanted to go to Clearwater FL in December from the 26th. Checked out MSE's recommendations and went to Travelsupermarket, who put me onto Floridaholiday genie, found the holiday, great price, had an e - mailed offer for £1400.00 all in. Requested the holiday and quelle surprize! It was based on 8 sharing even though it said 2 sharing on the confirmed e - mailed "offer" i requested, actual holiday cost? £2300.00 forget it.

what a total rip off we thought we booked a holiday over the internet on a friday, they were then suppost to ring within 24 hrs to confirm. we didn't get a call so rang them, they promised to ring back in 20 mins of course no reply, they just fobbed us off we must have rang them six or seven times with them promising to phone back.three days later we rang again to be told the holiday was to cheap & wasn't now available.the manager called mathew then just put the phone down on us when we mentioned reporting him to trading standards. what a joke of a firm i would strongly recommend avoiding them like the plague.0

Hi,
I used to work for this company. the holidays you see on teletext dont exist, its just a way of getting you to phone. the staff have next to no training and mistakes are constant. if you do have a ny problems(which is highly likely) sun4u arnt interested, theyll refer you to customer services which is closed half the time and as long as they have your money they dont care. in one case after a family was stranded in resort at night with their children and no transfers turned up we had to pass them to customer services on the order of the manager who knew that they were closed!! the company is run awfully and the staff are treated like animals. this company only cares about making a quick buck and theyll lie to you in order to get their hands on your money. I'd choose a company you can trust if i were you!0 -

I have reported SUN4U to both Trading Standards and ABTA. We booked a holiday from them on the internet. The operator asked for additional money because all their cheaper holidays to the hotel we wanted had gone. We paid cos we wanted the hotel. A month later the transport took us to the hotel. No booking. We could not contact them all night and the next morning our calls were answered and returned by rude unhelpful staff who tried to force us to another hotel. They had never booked us in the hotel we wanted. We refused to move. Holiday Saved only by the kindest hotel manager who took pity on us. This company is a disgrace. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM0

i have also been trying to book a holiday with these idiots, they are offering tenerife for £69 for 7 nights 2 adults sharing i have rung them twice they confirmed that the holiday doesnt exist. i have made a complaint to the advertising standards authority and took photos of the teletext page - i urge anyone who is having problems with these jokers to do the same.0
