privateoutlet.co.uk con artists?

Has anyone else had problems with privateoutlet.co.uk ?

Having placed over £100 worth of orders in the "Ringspun" sale on 15th July, I was given a delivery date between 3rd August-13th August, and I have not received anything.
I have emailed them several times with no response, and now their main page says

"The Private Outlet team is off to recharge its batteries from August 4th to 28th so that we can prepare some incredible back-to-school sales for September! Prestigious brands, a re-vamped optimal functioning website and breath-taking prices... we've got plenty of surprises in stock!

Private Outlet hopes August will be just as sunny and happy for you as it will be for us. See you soon!"

They changed the status of my Ringspun order to being prepared a few days back, but i think that's just to keep me quiet.

I've another £50 worth of orders outstanding from another sale, due for delivery anytime from tomorrow to the next 10 days, but I'm not holding my breathe. I'm not sure what to do. I've paid for orders using credit and debit cards.

Why a .co.uk domain name but hosted in France?, they seem to spam all over Europe (France, Italy, Spain)

I've now received half of the Ringspun order, and awaiting another order which is now overdue. Time will tell!

I received another email today saying I had received a refund for half the ringspun order as the quality of goods were not up to standard. And my 40weft order is being sent out today.
I have to say the quality of the Ringspun items I DID receive is really great. And a bargain for the price.

I guess if they are let down by the suppliers than it makes it difficult for them.

So it might be worth giving them the benefit of the doubt if you don't mind long delays!
