Hang on a minute sunshine. Everyone knows that pizzas in Pizza Hut are crafted by Italian virgins.....

Why do people always just ask for contact details for the MD?
I work in Argos, and when people ask for details for our MD's phone number I just give them head office's address - believe me when I say that the MD will not care that the store won't refund your out of guarantee faulty toaster!!

Same here, you could ask to speak to the restaurant manager but trust me when I say the MD of Pizza Hut will be too busy managing their millions to care about an £8 pizza!

 pizza hut in birmimgham used to have a mouse problem (dont know what its like now) this was late eighties and i remember sitting with my feet up through the whole meal one dinnertime(because it was quiet at dinnertime they would come out from under the block wooden booths, when i asked the waitress she laughed and said everywhere in birmingham has a mouse problem!! anyone been to new street pizza hut lately wots it like? any little brown furry friends?  i still love pizza hut it hasnt put me off but never been back to that branch!

I went there recently (if it's the one in the city centre below ground) and it's OK I guess. I darn't touch the salad bar when I go in because there's always bits of salad in with other bits of salad and usually missing some serving tongues!! I always check my glass when they bring my drink too, just to make sure it's clean. Otherwise it's OK I guess, they clean the tables pretty well, would just be good if the waitressing staff were a bit quicker.

I'd be very tempted to ask for a 10% refund for your time having to cut it yourself and then another 30% on top for the missing slices.
    Totally unacceptable lol
