I used to love the Doris Grant brown loaf when could make by hand but as a I now don't have time I use my machine. All the progs I can find involve too much kneading so anyone know how I could do it in my pannY?

    Cheers

  • Has anyone bought a replacement paddle for their panasonic? I want to get one for my SD255. I see there is a teflon version should I try this one or stick to the original (excuse the pun!)?

I have a panasonic bread maker - the one with the lid for adding your fruit/nuts when the bleeper sounds.

Does anyone know if and where I can get a new measuring spoon and the cup for it?

    Thanks

I use a set of measuring spoons and my digital scales for the flour and water (100ml water = 100 grams)
