And you live where exactly? - remind me not to pop around for a quick bite to eat lol ;)

I've done to same thing though - there a few places listed but when I've checked them out....hmm maybe not then!!!

In my defence, I've never been to these places before (or even heard of them actually - which is why I asked hubby to make enquiries about what the food was like there). They are both town centre pubs in a town I never go to - well maybe once a year for xmas shopping! Just as well I asked, though - I had thought it would be a romantic night out!

I can't talk - I'm taking hubby to one of our local pubs for a meal. He plays pool there so knows what it's like so fingers crossed it won't be too bad lol

I have just accepted a fastfood delivery job with Gap for tomorrow. The notes say check they deliver to your post code 'on the list below', but there's no list! I've emailed them to ask if it's ok to telephone the place today to make sure, but knowing Gap I doubt if they'll reply before about next Thursday. Has anyone done this job before? Also, there is nothing in the notes to say if there is a delivery charge. There's no fee for the job, just reimbursement so I assumed free delivery. If they charge for delivery, do you think it would be ok to cancel the job?

try going to the food place website and put your post code in , and see if the branch that delivers to you is the branch on the notes. From what i remeber the last time it said the postcode list on the top of the questionaire.
don't think there is a delivery charge, are the delivery prices the same as the pick up in store prices ?

I'm on their website now but when I put in my postcode it only seems to be offering collection, but I've not ordered from them online before so I don't know if I'm doing it right!

I've looked and looked at the questionnaire but I can't see postcodes anywhere. Mind you, Gap questionnaires don't display correctly on my computer - they have questions printed over the top of other questions so it's completely unreadable in places. Does anyone else have this problem? I'm using a Mac and viewing it in firefox.

Scaredy Cat, you can't view Gap questionnaires in Firefox, you need to switch to IE

One more bloomin' mark against Gap! So far they've been nothing but trouble - and I've never even done a job for them yet!

Have you seen the length of the questionnaire??? I'm not sure it's worth it even for a free meal! Secretly hoping they don't deliver here and then I will have to cancel.

Also a bit worried that if I cancel it will go against me - but if they had any sense they would put this kind of info in the notes you can see BEFORE you book the job!
