I've just had the standard email from Gfk saying there are new assessments available now.

I logged into my account a nano-second later and the same old message is up there tellig me "There are no visits available for you to accept" etc. and that's the only message I've seen for about 2 weeks now.

The most recent job I did for them was a last minute one as a favour and all went well so I dont understand what's going on? Do you think I've upset somebody or is Gfk just going through a quiet patch?

It has been a bit quiet on there recently, are we just used to seeing the masses of phone calls on there though?

Very quiet for me too. One phone job yesterday and one on now - but both have to be recorded and it says you have to have a BT landline for that (which I don't).

Does anyone know of any Mystery Shopping sites that have jobs for teenagers (i.e under 16).
It would be a great place to earn some extra pocket money & get some work experience and probably suitable for shops aimed at that age group.
My niece really wants to give it a try, I would help out or accompany her if needed.
Can anyone offer any advise?

Wildside I dont know any companies that do work for people under 16 but you may be able to find out more by doing a search because it was on the news last week that they use mystery shopper teenagers to see if they can buy alcohol from various places. I don't know where but thats a starting point for you!
Companies do have jobs where you have to take a young person with you sometimes but its the adult that is paid for it.
Im not sure on what the ruling is for under16's at school and working and they would def need a national insurance number to register as self employed. Also your niece would have to be able to keep record of how much she had worked and what profit she made and tax she owes - hard for a lot of people!

Ooh I have a question. I'm doing a pizza competitor for Gap at the place that begins with N.........but the questionnaire mentions you need to order a salad bowl. I'm pretty sure they don't sell them. Just wondering what others have done?

And re the teenagers buying alcohol ms - you have to be 18 for that

just checked their website and they do salads, if its the place I'm thinking (chicken place ?)

Im pretty sure there was something where someone was seeing whether underage people would be able to buy alcohol or not. I think it was chaperoned. anyway, if not: Sorry!
